I help organizations navigate AI and significant change without losing their people, and help humans rebuild their capacity before or after the breaking point.
A team struggling to adopt new systems. A leader running on fumes. A body that finally sends the bill. Different rooms, same pattern: the load outpaces the capacity to hold it.
That's the thread running through everything below, whether the work is with an organization or with you.
What if regulating your nervous system is one of the most radical things you can do in a world designed to keep you activated, distracted, exhausted, and reactive?

Explore Work With IndividualsFifteen-plus years leading implementation and change inside complex education, workforce, and government systems: a statewide Schoology rollout, a nationwide Registered Apprenticeship Academy, the U.S. Department of Labor's Job Corps distance-learning project, and DC Public Schools' learning management system, taken from early implementation to full adoption across the district, reaching over 40,000 students and becoming the backbone of continuing education when COVID hit. Different rooms, same throughline: build capacity, build belief, speak the language of the person doing the work.

Today I bring both bodies of knowledge together as a human-first AI strategist and Master Yoga Teacher. Strategy without humanity fails. Regulation without systems change isn't enough. Mindful Klues holds both.
