Community

Rebuild capacity in relationship, not alone.

Some forms of change need strategy. Some need practice. Some need people beside you.

Community, yoga, mindfulness, workshops, and experiential spaces for people who want company on the way back to themselves.

YogiTown's first retreat, me and three of the women who made it real.

Change is easier to metabolize together.

Whether it's an organization adopting AI or a person rebuilding after burnout, the same pattern shows up: humans respond to uncertainty by gripping harder, moving faster, or isolating. Community interrupts that pattern.

This is where the practical tools from Human Capacity and Rebuild meet actual people, actual practice, and actual accountability, in real time.

What if regulating your nervous system is one of the most radical things you can do in a world designed to keep you activated, distracted, exhausted, and reactive?

Ways to be part of this.

Ongoing

Workshops & Live Practice

Yoga classes, breathwork sessions, and Human Capacity workshops, taught live rather than pre-recorded. This is where the ideas turn into practice with other people in the room.

In Person

YogiTown Retreats

Co-facilitated immersive retreats for people who want to do this work with their feet on the ground, alongside others doing the same.

Coming Later

Mindful Klues on Skool

A small, focused practice space on Skool, opening with a free tier and a founding-member track for people actively building the capacity to navigate change, before it becomes anything bigger.

YogiTown

Retreats for people who are done running the hamster wheel.

Co-facilitated with Stacy Kane, YogiTown brings the Rebuild philosophy into immersive, in-person experiences for women who are burned out and finished performing fine: movement, breath, mindfulness, and real conversation, away from the noise of daily life.

YogiTown is its own space, built specifically around retreat experiences rather than the consulting work of Mindful Klues.
