Build the capacity to hear it, and respond, before you lose yourself trying to push through.
This work is for people navigating overload, burnout, pain, disruption, identity shifts, or the process of rebuilding after a season that changed them. Not because something is wrong with you. Because you've been carrying more than you were ever meant to hold, and you don't have to have it figured out to start moving forward.
I've been teaching yoga and leading retreats since 2018, alongside a full career in systems and strategy, not instead of it. In 2023 I hit a wall I couldn't push through anymore. That breakdown didn't detour me. It sent me deeper into a practice I already had, including a Master's Certification in Advanced Yogic Science from Rishikesh and a Trauma-Informed certification.
I have studied this. I have lived parts of it. Neither one makes me the expert on your life. The philosophy is simple: learn the tools, learn yourself, choose intentionally. The point isn't the tool. It's helping you stay in the driver's seat of your own life.
This isn't for people chasing more hustle. If you're a business owner, a healer, a caregiver, a leader, or someone whose calling didn't pause just because life got harder, this is for the version of you that wants your life back, not a more optimized version of burning out.
The problem isn't always that you're weak, unmotivated, or failing. Sometimes the load has just exceeded the capacity you have available to hold it.
Think about your breath. You can't just keep inhaling. At some point you have to exhale, or something gives. Most of us have been inhaling for years, taking in more, doing more, holding more, without ever fully exhaling. Capacity isn't about learning to hold your breath longer. It's about learning to exhale again.
What if regulating your nervous system is one of the most radical things you can do in a world designed to keep you activated, distracted, exhausted, and reactive?
You do not have to know whether you need coaching, nervous-system work, yoga, breathwork, or something else before you start. Begin with what you are actually navigating. We can decide together what support and practices make sense from there.
The Rebuild is nervous-system-informed support for people navigating burnout, chronic over-functioning, work addiction, identity change, major transition, or the aftermath of years spent pushing through.
This is for the person who may still look functional from the outside but knows something about the old way of living is no longer sustainable. The work is not about getting you back to maximum output. It is about rebuilding capacity, agency, connection, and a way of living your body and life can actually sustain, drawing from 1:1 coaching, nervous-system education, mindfulness, breathwork, embodied practice, and Reset Audit tools as needed.
Start With The RebuildThis work supports people navigating the often-overlooked human side of chronic pain and physical recovery: fear of movement, hypervigilance, frustration, identity disruption, loss of confidence, and the exhausting uncertainty of not knowing what your body will tolerate.
Nicole draws from years of lived experience with chronic pain, nervous-system and pain education, yoga and embodied practice, and experience holding sessions alongside physical therapy professionals focused on pain and the nervous system. This is not physical therapy or medical treatment. It is complementary support for rebuilding trust, confidence, capacity, and relationship with your body alongside appropriate medical or rehabilitation care.
Start With Body + CapacityA lighter-touch way to build regulation, recovery, awareness, and connection through practices that can become part of everyday life: yoga, Kriya, breathwork, pranayama, yoga nidra, mindfulness, and other nervous-system-informed practices, offered through private or small-group sessions and Reset-style sessions.
Book a Practice SessionA short guided breath, right here. Nervous system regulation isn't a quick fix, but a single steady breath is still one honest step toward it.
Six honest questions. This isn't a diagnosis, it's a quick, private check-in.
Workshops, groups, community experiences, and retreats bring the same Human Capacity principles into shared practice, conversation, movement, and connection.
